Burford Annual Parochial Church Meeting 2026

The Annual Meeting of Parishioners and Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held at 7.30pm on Monday 30 March 2026 in the Warwick Hall.  It will give us an opportunity to gather and give thanks to our merciful heavenly Father for all that he has done among and through us in 2025, as well as pray for his ongoing work in 2026.  It is also an opportunity to thank those who have served Christ and his people in the last year.  

Each year we elect at least two and up to three people to serve as Churchwardens and ex officio members of our Parochial Church Council. 

This year there are ten vacancies to stand as lay representatives on the PCC for one, two or three year terms, and one casual vacancy to complete a two-year term of office ending at the APCM in 2028.

This year all three Deanery Synod representatives are also up for election to three-year terms of office from 1 July 2026.

The APCM report gives a summary review of the last year showing what we have done as we have sought to serve God in the last year. It is formed from reports written by leaders in each ministry area and structured so we can see how each ministry is fulfilling our Purpose and Strategy.
