Laugh, smile, lots of fun and lots of calories being burnt. Just come along and you'll leave with a big smile and a great workout! Zumba fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Zumba is a fitness class based on the principle of interval training - alternating high intensity and lower intensity exercise which works for both beginners and advanced exercisers. In Zumba, changes in intensity are driven by the different rhythms of the music and the steps. We start with a warm-up then move through several routines which vary in intensity and style - merengue, salsa, rumbia, cumbia...etc! Zumba blends traditional dance steps with basic fitness moves so everyone can participate - it's very easy to follow.

These classes will be ‘No Frills’ Aerobics classes - simple, fun and effective exercise to upbeat music. No previous experience necessary, and all levels of fitness welcome. Find out more here.
