In the Old Hall every Monday 4.30-5.30pm and Wednesday 10.30-11.30am. Everybody welcome.

These classes will be ‘No Frills’ Aerobics classes - simple, fun and effective exercise to upbeat music. No previous experience necessary, and all levels of fitness welcome. Find out more here.
